It had really aged nicely and had wonderful fruit flavors.

From the winery website:
"This is a Pauillac style Bordeaux blend consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The color of the wine is dark ruby with intense, ripe, raspberry fruit and green olive aromas that open up while airing in the glass. This wine has forward, rich, plush, cedary, spicy, red currant flavors with great depth and structure. Aged in mostly new American oak from the Ozarks in Southwestern Missouri. Enjoyable to drink now, though will benefit with several more years of bottle aging."

I didn't taste any green olive, but I think with aging, the red fruits have aged to more of a black fruit flavor. It was really nice. Age has improved this wine several times over. I would recommend it - it's much better than it was 2-3 years ago... Definitely put it away for a year or two...

Website: http://www.burnetridge.com/wines/wines.htm
